Third Key Holder

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

The Third Key Holder, under the supervision of the Store Manager, is responsible for supporting the manager in daily operations in order to help maximize store sales and achieve established objectives. They also participate in human resources management as well as various administrative aspects of the store.

Support the Store Manager in carrying out daily store activities to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity within the team, and to achieve — or even surpass — sales goals.

Act as a role model for employees in applying Aubainerie’s customer service standards.

Participate, when required, in various human resources activities, such as onboarding and training.

Manage, with the help of the Store Manager, various administrative tasks (deposits, accounting, etc.) and ensure that work processes, policies, and procedures are followed.

Provide replacements as needed.

Perform any other related duties.

Optimize employee potential and motivate them through ongoing coaching and effective task delegation.

Ensure, in collaboration with the Store Manager, that the store’s appearance and maintenance reflect the image Aubainerie aims to project.

Ensure, with the Store Manager, that merchandising and signage meet established standards and maximize sales potential.

Assist the Store Manager in handling complaints and dissatisfied customers, aiming for a fair and equitable resolution.

React quickly and make necessary adjustments based on promotions, sales, and seasonal changes.

Ensure, together with merchandisers and the Store Manager, that merchandise is placed on the sales floor as quickly as possible, and inform the manager of restocking needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in a similar position;

• Experience in retail and/or apparel;

• Ability to provide exemplary customer service;

• Strong leadership and exceptional coaching abilities;

• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and dynamism;

• Customer-focused with a strong orientation toward achieving results.
